Out of two pairs of earrings, one arrived with a defective bent lock, and the front side had casting defects. I opened a dispute for partial compensation due to the defect. The seller was completely inadequate, in response to the photo of the defect in appearance and the bent pin, he suggested straightening the lock pin, saying that it would work then, and he wrote this phrase after each of my responses. The lock doesn't work because it's all curved, the casting defect was completely ignored, as a result, after contacting the platform admins, the dispute was resolved in my favor. But I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this seller, they are completely unwilling to admit their mistakes.
